Like everything in the world around us, media as both a concept and an industry is changing dramatically. From gatekeepers to technology, the audiences and customers, it’s all in flux. Even what it means to be a media company has changed when you consider that most companies engage in story-driven content marketing.

This is why we here at ODI like to say we play at the crossroads of media, entertainment and technology. But even more importantly and also like so many other industries, true representation of the audiences our media serves is woefully lacking, both in content and within ranks of the industry itself.
